UPDATE: Select Transactions No Longer Misread in Integrity

On August 18th, AzEDS integrity reporting was experiencing delays in reflecting corrections to school enrollments that failed on integrity rule -20005. This issue has been resolved and your data corrections will now be recorded accurately.

INTEG15 (Integrity Status) Report Update

For a period of time, the INTEG15 (Integrity Status) report had not been displaying the District Student ID. The AzEDS team has resolved this discrepancy and the report is now displaying all fields.

UPDATE: AzEDS API “Index Out of Bounds” Error Solution Deployed

As reported on Friday, ADE released a code change to address the “index out of bounds” error occurrences. When the fix was deployed, ADE was able to analyze the effect of the code change and work towards determining root cause. AzEDS API Failing to Process Some Transactions

ADE has identified as potential problem with the AzEDS REST API by working closely with a number of LEAs. AzEDS Course Catalog Update

With help from several LEAs, the AzEDS team identified a Course Catalog expiration date discrepancy that resulted in a collection of courses returning an error when submitting data to AzEDS. The AzEDS team has since worked with our course catalog vendor to resolve the issue returning the errors, and has updated the course catalog within AzEDS. [Read more…]

ADE has implemented AzEDS API Release 2.3.2 and posted the corresponding Use Case Scenarios release 2.3.2.
