After passing the GED Test, your diploma and transcript will be mailed to you. These are important documents. Keep them in a safe place. Your diploma is for you to keep and display and your official GED transcript is your ticket to college, vocational school, employment or the military. The transcript is a formal State of Arizona record of your accomplishment.
Additional copies of your official GED Transcript are free and easy to obtain at www.GED123.org. On the transcript you receive with your diploma, you will notice an “ID Number.” This is your personal Access Code to download and print additional copies of your official GED Transcript when you need them.

If you do misplace your transcript, go to your local GED Testing Center and, by showing proper identification, you will be given an unofficial score report with your Access Code printed on it. You may then use this Access Code to obtain your official transcript at www.ged123.org (see question #8).
If you have questions or are unable to go to a Testing Center, you may contact the State GED Office at (602) 258-2410.
