Welcome to the revamped IT Service Management Bulletin Board. This site will be updated immediately with any information on major issues/incidents, outages, system maintenance, and general bulletin updates on services that ADE IT delivers to both internal staff customers, as well as our external LEA customers. This revamp will centralize our service communications, and automate email broadcasts to selected internal audiences for Category 1 Priority 1 incidents and outages, ensuring "all hands are on deck" to quickly resolve the issues. Additionally, our SAIS processing and maintenance calendar will be maintained to let you know of business events and planned outages well ahead of time.
As posts are closed for extended periods, or become irrelevant, they will be moved to the archived posts section and retained for 7 years for historical purposes.
