Description
This is a standard planned service window for all services that IT supports. This window is used by IT to migrate changes, perform system maintenance, etc. Local and Remote access to applications may be affected during this window. Service owners may request that scheduled maintenance schedules be modified in the event that there is a business need to have the service available during the planned maintenance period.
